The bow measures approximately 2.5 inches wide by 1.75 inches high.
The size of the band (365 degrees around the circumference of your thigh changes depending upon your size.
However, the length of the top "rim" of the band and the bottom "rim" of the band never varies. This is 1" from top to bottom.
