Refund policy

All La Gartier sales are exchange only. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. If the item looks as if it has been worn upon return, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. If you would like to exchange your item please contact us at info@lagartier.com. Please allow 7-10 days for exchanges to be processed. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at info@lagartier.com, and we will work with you to resolve it in a timely manner. Only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for exchange. International orders cannot be exchanged at this time.

Discounted and Promotional Items:
La Gartier's discounted and promotional items are not available for returns or exchanges. This includes all promotional code related purchases and all sale items. Coupon codes cannot be used retroactively and must be applied during check-out for discounts to be deducted. La Gartier does not issue refunds for price changes on sales or promotions on past orders.

Custom Items
*Please note that custom orders take roughly 4 weeks to complete. You will be notified once your order is shipped. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
