Just finished: La Gartier bride Danielle Buckhiester's custom constellation-inspired wedding garter set. Danielle will be wearing a stunning Lazaro gown as she walks down the aisle this June and requested a keepsake garter that would match all the gorgeous beaded detailing on her bodice. (I wish I could say which Lazaro gown but she might kill me.) 🔫 So, for her keepsake, we designed a pearl & rhinestone garter with 3-D floral detailing along the back band to compliment her gown. 💗
Then, because she + her fiancé LOVE to star-gaze together, we decided to design her toss garter around the stars. ⭐️🌟And not just any star...but the constellation Andromeda because...wait for it...Danielle and her fiancé have a favorite constellation LOVE story-- the story of Andromeda and Perseus. 🔭 As you can imagine, I just about died when when I heard this and then again when Danielle found this INCREDIBLE Andromeda constellation pendant from a shop called Beau and Stella. It was the touch that set her designs on fire....and I literally couldn't love the final set more!!! Danielle- thank you for introducing me to the story of Andromeda and Perseus!!! Your constellation/Lazaro-inspired garter has heirloom integrity written all over it. (Btw-i think we just made science-chic a thing)
